The Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and memorial park is located in downtown Accra, the capital of Ghana. It is dedicated to the prominent Ghanaian leader Kwame Nkrumah. The memorial complex was dedicated in 1992, and is situated on the site of the former British colonial polo grounds in Accra

Stop At: The Accra Arts Center, Accra Ghana

The Centre For National Culture in Accra, Ghana, is better known simply as “The Arts Center”. here you will find what is virtually the tourist heaven of Ghana. It has got everything from woven Kente cloth, wooden sculptures, earrings and other fashion accessories, the latest in African Attire fashion and arts and crafts from all over Ghana.
There is so much to see that you will literally hyperventilate when you get there. There is a never ending array of goods in numerous stalls that you may not even be able to shop, try outfits and haggle in one day.

Stop At: Black Star Gate, Independence Square, Accra Ghana

Black Star Square is a site for Ghana's Independence Day parade, which falls on the 6th of March every year. It also hosts all major national public gatherings and national festivals.Every visitor is free to take pictures of buildings, including the Black Star Gate.

Aburi Botanical Gardens is a botanical garden in Aburi in Eastern region of South Ghana. The garden occupies an area of 64.8 hectares. It was opened in March, 1890 and was founded by Governor William Brandford-Griffith and Dr John Farrell Easmon, a Sierra Leonean medical doctor.

Osu Castle, also known as Fort Christiansborg or simply the Castle, is a castle located in Osu, Accra, Ghana on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean's Gulf of Guinea. The first substantial fort was built by Denmark-Norway in the 1660s, though the castle has changed hands between Denmark-Norway, Portugal, the Akwamu, Britain, and finally post-Independence Ghana, and was rebuilt numerous times. For most of the castle's history, it has been the seat of government in Ghana with some interruptions, the latest when the John Kufuor administration moved the seat of government to Golden Jubilee House after 6 January 2009,[1] which was quickly reversed by the incoming John Atta Mills administration. It also serves as the place where the late president of Ghana John Atta Mills is buried; in a bird sanctuary, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Stop At: James Town Lighthouse, Cleland Road, Accra Ghana

The Jamestown lighthouse is located in the Jamestown neighbourhood of Accra, Ghana. The 28-metre structure was originally built in the 1930s, replacing an earlier lighthouse that had been built in 1871. It consists of a stone tower with lantern and gallery, attached to a keeper's house.

akola Market is a renowned market place and shopping district in the centre of the city of Accra, the capital of Ghana. A wide array of products is sold in the markets and its surrounding streets, from car parts to land snails. Dominated by women traders, the market sells fresh produce, manufactured and imported foods, clothes, shoes, tools, medicines, and pots and pans. Jewellery made from locally handcrafted beads can also be found for sale in the market.
