You will begin the tour with a visit to the Agra Fort. Built by the third Mughal ruler Akbar in 1565, the red sandstone structure is similar to the Red Fort in Delhi.

The tour will take you further towards the Agra Fort Rail Station. Here, you will be able to explore, on foot, a part of Agra which outsiders rarely have the fortune to experience.

After a hearty lunch in the city (pay directly), your itinerary will guide you towards the tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah. The craftsmanship of Itimad-Ud-Daulah foreshadows that of the Taj Mahal. The marble tomb was commissioned by Emperor Jahangir's legendary wife Nur Jahan in the memory of her beloved father.

The tour will culminate in a visit to the Taj Mahal at the brink of sunset. Now home to the graves of Shah Jahan and his wife Mumtaz Mahal, the monument is symbolic of historical love and an evidence of architectural marvel.
