About this activity

We will meet at our kitchen studio and get to know each other. Once we have all met, we will then set off to shop at the Noordermarkt Farmer's Market for ingredients for the meal we will cook together. On our way to the market, I will tell you all about the history and happenings around this interesting area that is the Jordaan district in Amsterdam. At the Farmer's Market, we will shop for fresh ingredients then return back to our kitchen. On returning home, we will begin to cook our lunch where I will introduce you to the Dutch cooking methods. Finally, we can enjoy our homecooked lunch!
