Itinerary
We pick up near downtown Asheville around 8:45 am for a lovely half-day adventure seeking the BEST waterfalls and trails along the Blue Ridge Parkway and in Pisgah National Forest!
This is a CUSTOM tour, suitable for groups of seniors or families with young kids. We may also customize your hiking adventure to include a longer Appalachian Trail hike, a scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and Waterfall Tour or even an adventure with Swimholes and Swimming!
Waters, snacks and hiking poles are included. Your guide drives a clean off-road vehicle for your comfort.
We generally recommend a return time around 1:30 pm (in time for a late lunch) but we can extend this tour for those interested in a full day of hiking with an optional picnic lunch (at $15/person).
We recommend wearing sturdy tennis shoes and dressing in layers, with a light jacket for the early morning.
