Enjoy an informative encounter with your favorite animals, and journey through the underwater viewing tunnel, the first of its kind in the world. Start your stay in Auckland experiencing the "City of Sails" the Gray Line way with a 2.5-hour luxury coach tour. Travel through trendy inner suburbs, over the Harbour Bridge - second-longest Road Bridge in New Zealand and back through the vibrant Viaduct Harbour and Wynyard Quarter, our newest waterfront area and urban community. Feel the bustling CBD area of Queen Street, the hub of the city center and shopping precinct. Take in the Auckland Museum Tamaki Paenga Hira, home to a huge collection of Maori and Polynesian Taonga (treasures). Marvel at the sparkling Waitemata Harbour, Auckland's playground from every vantage point. Then you will be dropped off at the Kelly Tarlton's main entrance. Journey through 10 themed zones with over 30 live animal displays, see over 80 different species. The Antarctic Encounter, home to New Zealands only colony of Antarctic penguins, where youll get up close to the majestic King and playful Gentoo penguins. Come face-to-face with huge sharks, giant stingrays, and thousands of other deep sea creatures from New Zealand and beyond. Our coach will come back to pick you up an hour later however if you wish to stay longer a Complimentary shuttle, 'Shark Bus', departs every hour, half past the hour to bring you back to downtown Auckland - Quay Street.
