The tipple time treats, which reflect a "playful luxury" identity of the Paris-based So Sofitel brand, are served at the hotel's Mixo Bar lobby lounge on the 9th floor. Available daily from 2.30pm to 5.00pm, the set is presented on a multi-tiered acrylic serving platter reminiscent of a fashionable tree on which 12 light bite items are displayed.

Your savory selection includes miniature delicacies such as a pretzel with hand-carved Parma ham filling; bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh dill; egg mimosa roll; cheese and fresh dill; egg mimosa roll; cheese and mixed nut puff; vegetarian wrap etc.

Sweet sides include chocolate mousse with raspberry caviar; red berry macaroon; chocolate Madeleine; finely-layered Opera cake; vanilla panna cotta and sweet mango tart.
