Jim Thompson’s House, one of the best preserved traditional Thai houses in Bangkok city. Jim Thompson, an American, a former member of the US Office of Strategic Services came to Thailand during the World War II. Then continue to visit Suan Pakkad Palace, used to be the residence of Princess Chumbhotpong Paripatra of Nagor Svarga, one of Thailand’s leading art collector. There is a complex of five traditional Thai House, overlooking a beautifully kept garden.

The Suan Pakkad Palace Museum was the former palace of Prince Chumbhot and his wife Mom Rajawongse Pantip. The Palace was converted to a museum in 1952 under the management of the Chumbhot-Pantip Foundation.
