STANDARD POLICIES
1) Client must be available as per the Pick Up time as confirmed by the Tour guide, 15 minutes before arrival of van. All passengers in party must be present. Waiting time is 15 mins, after which the transfer will be treated as a NO SHOW. In the event of NO SHOW or missed transfer due to delay by clients, clients must make own arrangements for airport drop. No refund is applicable for such missed transfers.
2) In case the luggage capacity exceeds the permissible count, additional charges would be applied.
3) Itinerary Is Subject to Change depending Upon the Operating Conditions.
4) Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings and valuables.
