About this activity

My most popular event: A Class in a Glass: Catalan Wines!
-Introduction to wines: history of Oenology; Catalan wine-making techniques.
-Then, we’ll open our senses to wine aromas using scents.
-Finally we’ll taste 5 wines; one cava, two white and two red wines from local, organic and ecological vineyards. Nibbles “pica pica” style are provided.
*NOTE: This class is on alternating days with my other experience; Sabre the Moment! It may be possible to schedule in a Class in a Glass if the other experience is not booked. So please contact me to ask if a different date is possible. Thanks!

Alcoholic Beverages - Five Quality biodynamic, ecological and/or vegan cava, white wines and red wines which are locally produced in Catalunya.
Snacks - Nibbles include cheese, olives, cured meats and bread (depending on dietary requirements of guests that can be catered for).
