What you'll experience at my dining table is always depending on what seasons give me to work on and my eyes find during my quest for precious ingredients on local markets and favourite spots. But I can assure you'll get a feast to the eyes, savory dreams on your tongue and a feast for your senses crossing continents and history of food culture. I pair my menu with excellent hand-selected artisan wines giving always preference to small local producers. Like one of my favs a family owned vineyard passed from one generation to another over 300 years old producing biodynamic wines and *cava at the Penedès region.
* Cava is the Catalan equivalent to French Champagne

Alcoholic Beverages - Drinks are served to the menu that consist of two wine glasses, one apperitive and one digestive. If more desired you may purchase additional wine on location. Water is always free
