Fully Interactive Paella-Making Class with a Professional Chef

Your class begins with a cava reception in the foyer of a beautiful old building in the heart of Barcelona. Get to know your fellow chefs over a glass of bubbly, accompanied by artisanal bread and local olives, then step through to the purpose-built kitchen to start your cooking class.

With a work station per two people, you’ll have plenty of space to manoeuvre, as your expert chef (who has worked in Copenhagen’s NOMA, one of the world’s top restaurants) shows you how to make a real Spanish paella at home. The class is fun and fast-paced while also being very informative; a great experience for experienced cooks and novices alike.

When the paellas are ready you’ll pour some more wine (or beer) and sit down with your fellow students to feast on the food you just cooked. Cap your meal with a sweet treat and either hang out and chat or get some recommendations from your host and head off into the night for more fun.
