Itinerary

Sangria - The world famous Spanish drink but what else do you know? Let's go on a journey back in time at Uncorked Academy and learn about the history of this thirst quenching drink! We will see how it has developed and why. You will make and taste 2 jugs of thirst quenching sangria; a traditional and modern day, using local, delicious fresh fruit and wine accompanied by mouth watering tapas.

Everything you need to make Sangria!
Snacks - Tapas to accompany sangria: Olives, Spanish cheese, cured ham "jamon serrano", make your own "pan con tomate" (bread with tomato)

Not included

A time machine! Have to use your imagination when we go back in time and make a traditional sangria!
