Itinerary

In our gastronomy workshop we introduce travelers to the Spanish & Catalan kitchen. The first part of the workshop is focused on culture and theory.We tell them about local dishes and combine it with tasting activities. The workshop is in Spanish so people will pick up some basic Spanish. As the workshop is about food and we use a lot of image material, it's quite easy to understand for everybody. The second part of the workshop is tasting and/or preparing of the local dish. Depending on the time of the year, the second part of the workshop will be offered at location or in the city.
