Yoga On The Terrace Barcelona

Itinerary

I welcome you to our beautiful home and onto our private, garden roof terrace located high above the streets of central Barcelona, close to Plaza Cataluña.

Once welcomed, choose your mat and relax with a cup of herbal tea or fruit infused water and enjoy the epic views of downtown Barcelona and the surrounding mountains.

I will guide you through an hour of Dynamic Vinayasa based on the Ashtanga sequence, making sure to provide options for beginner and seasoned yogis alike.

I am a music lover! Each class is taught alongside a specially selected musical playlist, which I am happy to share with my students.Vinyasa Yoga links postures with movement and breath.

Class begins with breath work and a gentle mobilising warm up, before moving onto the flow which I tailor to you. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME HERE! We will close with 'Savasana' (yogic rest) and a short meditation.

My teaching weaves yogic philosophy with the physical practise of yoga, all to the sounds of a specially curated musical playlist.

At the end of the session, we will bring fresh fruits and home made juice to enjoy on the Terrace at your leisure. You are also welcome to shower before you head off.
