All Inclusive Private Tai Chi Day Tour to Temple of Heave and White Cloud Temple Plus Tea Ceremony

Meet your friendly private guide at your hotel lobby in the morning (9:00am), and start your Tai Chi class in the Temple of Heaven with the master for an hour. Then, have a walking tour inside of the Temple of Heaven. You will not only learn basic Tai Chi form and meditation but also to explore morning exercises of locals here.

After your morning activities, you will enjoy a tasty lunch in a local restaurant. Your guide will show you how to eat like a Beijinger.

In the afternoon, visit White Clouds Temple, the largest Taoist temple in China, where you can discover the ancient Chinese Taoist health-keeping techniques of long life and self cultivation. Moreover, feel free to exchange ideas with a Taoist priest in the temple. In addition, continue to famous Maliandao Tea market and experience a Tea Ceremony in a fancy tea house there. It's a great learning combination of the relationship between tea (cha) and Tao as they both keep you a good health.

After your tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
