You will be picked up by our representative from your centrally located Beijing hotel, then transferred to the airport to catch a flight to Jiayuguan. Upon arrival, your guide will pick you up and transferred to visit the Wei and Jin Tombs if time permits.

drive 5 hours to Dunhuang throug the Hexi Corridor and enjoy the imposing scenery of Qilian Mountians and Gobi Desert in the afternoon.

Explore the well-known Dunhuang night market tonigh.

Day 3: Dunhuang

Stop At: Mogao Caves, West of Hexi Zoulang, Dunhuang 736200 China
Today you will visit the renown Mogao Caves on the ancient Silk Road. Those caves are well-preserved with colorful frescoes and paintings created thousand years ago, but looks like they were finished just yesterday.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Crescent Moon Pool, 5km South of Dunhuang, Dunhuang 736200 China
Afterwards you will explore the Singing Sand Dunes and Crescent Moon Spring, where you have opportunity to ride camel.

Enjoy the Dunhuang performance in the evening.
