About this activity
Meudgorje is a small town located in the Herzegovina region close to the border of Croatia. Since 1981 it has become a very popular site of Catholic pilgrimage due to the apparitions of the Virgin Mary that were reported by six local children, 10 years before the war in Bosnia broke out. It is a place of change, prayer, penance, fasting, and peace.
