This gourmet tour is on Sunday from 10h to 12h30, including the discovery of the architecture of Bordeaux, tastings and meeting with our artisans.
We will discover the market of Capucins, the oldest market of Bordeaux and the Halles of Bacalan, built in 2017. We will travel from the Middle Ages to the XXI century. Your path will be punctuated with tastings (pastries, cold meat, truffle ham, smoked trout, lamprey rillettes, goat cheese, wine ...) and meetings.
Possibility to do this tour by bike on request.
