About this activity

Your guide will meet you at 9 AM in front the Council City House in the central square of Brasov. On demand we can pick you up directly from your hotel before starting your 6 hours adventure . First stop is Rasnov fortress build on top of the mountain surrounded by hills mountains and thick forests . The location is dated back on Dacians time from the 1st century B.C ., known back then by the name of COMIDAVA . Two centuries later , roman emperor Trajan conquered Dacia and he renamed the fortress CUMIDAVA . Abandoned by the end of the 5th century A.D. was rebuild in wood in 14th century , became one of the most important military posts on the southern border of the Austrian -Hungarian empire. Next stop is Bran Castle also known as Dracula's Castle build by the end of the 14th century by the Hungarian king Ludovic I D'Anjou , a military fortress build to stop the Ottoman invasion in Europe. After a full tour INSIDE the castle will have lunch at one the local restaurants in the Bran village . Last part of your tour is going to be Brasov , a full tour around the central square of the medieval town , with the towers , bastions , the old city gates and beautiful churches . Your tour price will cover everything from transport to entry fee tickets to every location to lunch and a full tour with a professional licensed guide .
