The tackle offered is light, from 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. test, depending on the season & species targeted. There are many inshore species that are worth fishing for, some of them are delicious to eat and some of them are fantastic to fight and release! Keep in mind that your catch can be cooked upon return to the dock. Cabo waters offer a rich variety of smaller game fish such as Spanish Mackerel (sierra), Rooster fish, Red Snapper, Jack Crevelle, Yellow Tail, Rock fish, Amber Jack, Grouper, Trigger fish, Dorado, Yellow Fin Tuna, Wahoo, you will also be able to fight a Marlin or a Sailfish if they stray closer to shore, which they usually do.
