About this activity
You will be picked up at 10am from your hotel in Cairo or Giza by your private guide to begin your half-day tour visiting the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. It shows the largest and most precious items of Egyptian art in the world. A collection of more than 250,000 genuine artifacts dating as far back as 5,000 years, including an exclusive exhibition dedicated to the Tutankhamen exhibits, which were discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was excavated.

The Royal Mummies Room (additional cost) is another highlight of the Egyptian Museum. Here you can see the mummies of many great Egyptian rulers, including Ramses II, the builder of the temples at Abu Simbel. Throughout the rest of the museum you will find countless Egyptian artifacts dating back thousands of years. Your guide will introduce you to the most important pieces before allowing you free time to explore at leisure. Appetizers include during the Tour (bottled water, or Pepsi, Chips and Sweet Cake) after the coming tour will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
