The Egyptian museum in Cairo is the biggest museum in the world that has ancient Egyptian artifacts. More than 136,000 objects dating back to periods starting from prehistoric times till late Roman times are awaiting you. The building itself is a masterpiece of art built in the beginning of the 20th century by the French architect Marcel Dorignon.

You will start your private tour to the Egyptian museum from your hotel at 9am by your qualified Egyptologist tour guide and head for the Egyptian museum to see the museum's garden, Old Kingdom pieces, Middle Kingdom pieces, New Kingdom pieces, the room of Akhenaten, contents of King Tutankhamun's tomb, early and late Egyptian jewelry, King Tutankhamun's jewelry, the animal mummy room, mummy portraits, and on request the royal mummy rooms (extra cost).
