Private 2-Day Tour to Salento From Cali

Day 1: Cali – Salento (B, L)

Get an early start on the day with 5am pickup at your hotel in Cali, then begin the 5-hour trip to Salento in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arriving in Salento, check in to your hotel, and begin exploring the colorful town with your guide. Take in the rugged terrain from scenic viewpoints, then tour the distinctive architecture of the historic center.

Pause for lunch before visiting a coffee farm to learn about Colombian coffee growing and production, with an introduction to local coffee culture and customs. Return to town, where you’ll have the evening free to browse handicraft shops, or stop for dinner in one of the town's restaurants.

Day 2: Salento – Cali (B, L)

The second day is all about nature: wake up for a 6am breakfast, then spend the morning hiking in the Cocora Valley. Enjoy views of rugged peaks at the edge of the lush valley, which alternates between grassland and misty, dense cloud forest, along with groves of wax palms, the towering Colombian national tree. After lunch, begin the return trip to Cali at 2pm, then finish the tour with drop-off at your hotel at 7pm.
