Experience Cape Town Like a Local, Private Tour

Your private Cape Town city and shopping tour begins after a pickup from your centrally located downtown, Victoria & Alfred (V&A) Waterfront, or Atlantic Seaboard (Mouille Point, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Clifton and Camps Bay) hotel accommodation around 9:30am. You'll head off by air-conditioned minivan to experience all the 'must sees' of a Cape Town city tour, while making several stops to experience the dazzling, modern, trendy, and artistic melting pot Cape Town is today.
The first dedicated stop is at Old Biscuit Mill, an artisan village in the heart of Woodstock. It's home to day and night markets, dynamic office space, a range of workshops, designer stores, delicious farm stalls, and decadent cafés.
From there, you'll continue to Cape Town’s central business district, where you will enjoy an orientation tour of the city, driving past the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall, the Grand Parade, the Company Gardens, and through colorful Bo-Kaap. In the trendy Cape Quarter Village, located in the suburb of Green Point below Signal Hill, you'll have time to browse the retail lifestyle outlets and enjoy lunch (at your own expense) in an area restaurant.
The tour continues on to the V&A Waterfront for further retail therapy in its 266 stores. Here, indoor shopping and entertainment venues seamlessly merge with ocean vistas and mountain views, and the fresh sea breeze and warm African sun add zest to a vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere. More than 80 restaurants offer a fusion of international food.
The day ends one of two ways: On a sunset boat cruise from Table Bay Harbor, toasting the sunset with sparkling wine, or from atop Table Mountain with sundowner in hand (drinks at your own expense). You'll return to your hotel around 5:30pm.
Note that there is a minimum of two people per booking required, and infant seats are available if advised at the time of booking. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
