About this activity
We will pick you up from your hotel and drive through to the famous Kistenbosch Botanical Gardens, which is home to our stunning national flower, the King Protea and the rare yellow form of the well-known crane flower, Strelitzia reginae ‘Mandela’s Gold’. This flower has also been named in honour of the former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela.
The garden was proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004 and is a must-see for anyone visiting Cape Town. You’ll be able to photograph the rich collection of South African flora and the capture the beautiful scenery that the garden has to offer. We would suggest wearing comfortable shoes.
After exploring the Gardens, we start making our way back to the City centre and back to your Hotel where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon of your choice.
This tour is ideal for photographers with limited time in Cape Town and allows you a full afternoon to visit other photo hotspots in the afternoon.
