The day commences with a transfer from your hotel to Spice Route Destination from where the 20km cycling trail starts. As you negotiate the mountain biking trail accompanied by your specialist cycling guide, you will encounter single track, jeep track, vineyards, olive orchards, forests, dams, views over the Paarl wine region valley and of Table Mountain. You’ll also meet the friendly local cattle, sheep and other livestock along the way. En route, enjoy a wine & cheese tasting at Fairview. At Spice Route, you’ll have a choice of tasting experience – wine, beer, gin, grappa, chocolate, ice-cream or chacuterie. Additional tastings and lunch will be for your own account.
