⌚ 7:00 a.m

We will meet near city centre and take a car ride to the Panda Valley. The Panda Valley about 50-kilometre away from city center of Chengdu.

⌚ 8:40 a.m

On arrival, we will meet the staff from the panda base. They will begin the day by giving you a brief orientation such as safety training, schedules of the day and so on. You will be given a name tag and a volunteer t-shirt.

Under the staff's guidance, you will start the day's volunteering work, which includes

Clean pandas' "nests"

Feed pandas

Prepare pandas' food

Make toys for pandas

⌚ 12:00 p.m

Around 12 o'clock we will have lunch at the staff's canteen.

⌚ 1:30 p.m

After lunch, we will watch a documentary about panda and get to understand better the meaning of pandas' protection. After watching the documentary, you will assist the staff to prepare some food/snacks for pandas.

⌚3:30 p.m

We will finish the day around 3: 30 pm you will receive a panda volunteering certificate in thanks of your day's work.

⌚4:00 p.m

After the panda volunteering experience, We will travel back to Chengdu. If times allows we will spend 1 hour visiting the Jiezi old town near the place.
