Stop At: Dujiangyan Panda Base of the Giant Panda Research Center, Shiqiao Village, Qingchengshan Town Dujiangyan city, Chengdu 611830 China

Picking up from your hotel in city proper at 7:30 am, 2 hours’ drive get to Dujiangyan Panda Center, your guide will help you to register, get a uniform, gloves and Volunteer ID card, and introduce you to the animal keeper from the center, the volunteer schedule will be:

9:30-10:30 am, clean the panda enclosures and preparing food

10:30-11:20, rest and can visit other enclosures to see more pandas, including baby pandas and red pandas.

11:20-11:40, feed the panda

11:40-12:00, come down to staff canteen and ready for lunch

12:00-13:00, rest and short nap, it’s also possible to stroll around.

13:00-14:00, watch movie, a special panda documentary from birth, grow up, protection and return to the wild.

14:00-15:30 clean and preparing food working again, of course feed the panda.

15:30-16:00, making panda cakes

16:00-16:30, getting a volunteer certificate and souvenir and finish volunteer program

2 hours’ drive back to your hotel
