About this activity

An exciting and scenic ride where we gain insight into the lives of the Lanna people and an appreciation for the beauty of Northern Thailand. But starting at the beautiful Huey Tung Tao lake, we ride up through the narrow valley and see how the river tumbles down numerous cascades along the way. After enjoying lunch we head back towards city following the ancient trade path.

On this exciting one-day ride we will make a 62mi (100km) loop around the mountain, have a lunch break surrounded by stunning nature, and enjoy the beautiful scenery that this old city has to offer before heading back to Chiang Mai.

This trip is lead by an experienced, multilingual tour leader, and is fully supported by an air conditioned minivan. Enjoy plenty of complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks throughout your ride.

Children 12 and up can join this trip only if they have a very high level of fitness and are skilled cyclists.

It's a 1-Day tour (6-7 hours approximately), not an overnight trip.
