Tickets to the Chicago Magic Lounge

When the doors open, you will take a seat, order a drink, and a magician will come to your table for a private moment of close-up magic. For the first hour of the show, while guests are coming in, magicians work the room by bringing magic close-up and personal. You will be amazed how close you can get to the magic, often times happening in your own hand. 

We take to the stage, and you will hear about the history of magic in Chicago, and learn a bit about how Chicago has contributed to the genre. From well known names like Houdini and Blackstone, to local icons like Matt Schulien and Heba Haba Al. The first act is our feature act, and will astonish, entertain, and amaze for about 20-25 minutes. The headliner for the evening will take the stage for about 30 minutes. Our headlining acts are taken straight from the professional magic scene, and often times touring though, or on a break from their corporate gigs. You'll see performers who rarely give public performances. 

On Thursday nights, we split the two acts with a classic set at the bar. Bar magic became popularized in Chicago in the 1940's, and it's a wonderful thing to witness. Also, on Thursday Nights, stick around for FREE and spend the rest of the night at the "Magic Bar" set until Midnight. 

On Saturday nights, after the main stage, show, you can stick around for the next show at Uptown Underground for a discounted ticket price, available at the Box Office, or, if you have an upgraded ticket, you can stick around for the Magic Lounge's "Close-up Gallery".
