About this activity
Your private tour guide will wait for you at about 8:00 am in your hotel lobby and greet you with our warm little gifts. Then we will be on our way to Dazu with the brand-new business class coach. It takes about 2 hours to drive from downtown Chongqing to Dazu.
Then after arriving at Dazu Rock Carvings tourism center, you will start the whole day of history exploring journey. Your tour guide will accompany you to visit Baoding Hill and North Hill Rock carvings sight seeing parts and tell you the story of the past about the culture. You will strongly feel the peace among those rock carvings. You will see the graceful statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva in North Hill to feel the common Buddhist faith.
Then you will be hosted with a traditional Chinese lunch.
In the afternoon, we will go to the Dazu Rock Carvings museum to see those culture in a professional classified way. Then you can walk around to explore more by yourself and feel free if you want to purchase souvenirs on your wish.
