AYC teaches the Ashtanga yoga system in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Here you will learn a practice that will grow with you for the rest of your life.

Ashtanga is a practice with a focus on initiating the movements with the breath (vinyasa). The series of poses are eventually committed to memory. The practice then becomes a moving meditation.
