Archaeological complex of Saywite and the Inca spa of Conoc Private Excursion

During this day we will enjoy the most important archaeological complex within the Chanka culture and then conquered by the Inca.

We will pick you up at your hotel at 8:00 am and then start our excursion to Chinchaysuyo, following the Inca route. After driving in our mobility for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes passing through valleys and agricultural areas.

We will arrive at the archaeological complex of Saywite around 10:45 am where we will visit the stone of Sayhuite is a large block of granite about eleven meters in circumference, four in diameter and almost two and a half in height, ornamented in its Upper half with a series of complex and mysterious figures.

The monolith contains more than two hundred phytomorphic figures, zoomorphic, of geographical features and human constructions carved in an apparent disorder and taking advantage of the reliefs and natural depressions of the stone. It is unknown what use was made of it, but being in a ceremonial center is likely to have a religious significance, perhaps a symbolic representation of the universe.

Approximately at 11:45 am we will visit a relaxing place as is the Spa of the Inca. Known as the thermal baths of Conoc. This spa is located at the foot of the Apurímac River, in a place surrounded by carob, carrizal and cactus. The healing properties of its waters have made Cconoc a place known for those seeking relief from diseases such as arthritis, rheumatism, muscle aches or simple relaxation. The waters of Cconoc are odorless and of pleasant saline flavor.

After enjoying and relaxing in the Baños del Inca for a lapse of 1 - 2 hours. We will pass to take our box lunch in the place.

Finally we will return to the city of Cusco in a trip of 3 hours. Arriving at the city of Cusco we will leave you at your hotel.
