Stop At: Cusco Cathedral, Cusco, Cusco Region

After your pickup you'll visit the Cathedral of Coricancha with its fabulous paintings and works in carved cedar wood gilded with gold and silver leaves. You'll also see the Temple of the Sun or the Qoricancha, 'The Enclosure of Gold', with its perfect stonework and architecture reflecting the fact that it was the most important and most sacred temple during the Incan empire. Next, you'll visit the Incan remains of temples, Sacsayhuaman, which is a wonder of the world where the cyclopean stones of more than 100 tons fit so perfectly that one cannot introduce a knife between them. Next stop, you'll go to Qenqo, dedicated to Mother Earth and the four natural elements.
Your final stop will be to see Quenqo's archaeological site and the baths of Tambomachay, a temple where the water was worshiped.
Once your tour is over, you'll be taken back to your centrally located Cusco hotel or near the main square in Cusco if you choose.
