About this activity
We start our gastronomic adventure at the beautiful San Pedro Market, where we will be in contact with a vast variety of local and Andean products and receive a in depth explanation of them. During this one hour activity, you'll also learn about the history behind Peruvian Gastronomy guided by our professional trained chef (Advance English Speaker).

After this, we will head to our cooking studio, located just 2 blocks away from the market where ,according to your class menu selection, you'll enjoy a hands-on Modern Andean Peruvian cooking lesson, where you'll be able to use a variety of products we saw at the market.

LUNCH MENU:
• Aperitif: Passion fruit Sour,

Shake your own Pisco Sours and learn about the history behind our national cocktail.
• Appetizer: Classic Peruvian ceviche.

• Main dish: Modern Quinoa Risotto,

Tri-colored quinoa and Peruvian yellow chili risotto topped with a perfect 64-degree sous vide poached egg.
• Dessert: Chirimoya and exotic fruits parfait,

Have a taste of our best local fruits elegantly served as a parfait.
• Moka brewed local coffee espressos, as a grand finale, have a taste of the best organic coffee produced in the Quillabamba valley.DINNER MENU:

with roasted local tubers and native potatoes in an Andean smoked infused chimichurri.
• Dessert: Chirimoya and exotic fruits parfait,

• Moka brewed local coffee espressos,

as a grand finale, have a taste of the best organic coffee produced in the Quillabamba valley.
*All dishes are seasoned with Maras pink salt.

Vegetarian Options:
