This is a special tour,we design to help our guests to taste typical local foods of the North,Central,and the South of Vietnam which our guests do not have time to excursion to these places or visited but they do not have chance to taste it.So let walk with our Aodai sisters to discover these amazing foods of Hanoi,Saigon,Hue,and Nha Trang with us.
1.My Quang(Vietnamese Turmeric Noodles)-Typical Food of Danang city.

Mi Quang is Da Nang’s definitive dish, featuring rice noodles that are tinted yellow using turmeric and bone broth seasoned with fish sauce, black pepper, shallot, and garlic. Meat toppings include river shrimp, boiled quails eggs, and roast pork, though some eateries use fish, chicken and beef slices. Lastly, the ensemble is topped with an array of fresh herbs such as basil, peanuts, coriander, lettuce, sliced banana flowers, and sesame rice crackers. You can also opt for chili peppers for a spicy kick to the ensemble.
2.Bun Cha Hanoi(Grilled Pork & Noodles)-Typical Food Of Hanoi.

Decades ago, Kebab rice noodles was mainly sold by street vendors but nowadays it becomes a characteristic of Ha noi. Though kebab rice noodles is a kind of noodles dishes, it’s much different from Pho. It is a perfect combination of sour, salty, sweet and hot taste that people feel hard to put down their chopsticks at first try. There are only 3 main ingredients in a bowl of kebab rice noodle as grilled pork, vermicelli and sauce. Simple ingredients, unreal flavor.

3.Ca Nuc Nuong Bac(Grilled Mackerel In Aluminum)-Typical Food of Nha Trang.

Round scad grilled in kitchen foil is eaten with vegetables (water spinach, mustard, salad, mint leaves and so on) and the most important and indispensable ‘flavour’ that makes the dish distinctive is anchovy paste with garlic and chilli. Some people also use the fish sauce instead. It sounds simple but not really simple because the taste is actually amazing!
4.Vietnam Pizza(Banh Trang Nuong) and Local Cakes.

The basic version of Vietnam pizza is rice paper roasted on charcoal grill’s low medium heat and topped with ground pork,chopped spring onions,butter,cheese,seafood,sausages and a quail egg mixed with dried crispy.
5.Dessert with Coconut Jelly.
