Built in 1937 - 1938, Dealey Plaza is now a grim reminder of that fateful day, November 22, 1963. Explore the now-all-familiar landmarks of the assassination of President Kennedy: the Book Depository Building, 6th Floor Window, Grassy Knoll, Abraham Zapruder’s perch as he filmed the event on that fateful day along with the location of other camera locations, the Kennedy Memorial and Oswald’s escape route from the Book Depository Building through downtown Dallas streets.
Your tour guide's commentary compares the findings of recent National Geographic documentaries that challenge the findings of the Warren Commission.

Discussions include the events for which Kennedy traveled to Texas, why the itinerary route was changed at the last minute, how many shots were actually fired, why the Oswald's transfer from the Old City jail was botched and Oswald's attempted assassination of Dallas resident General Edwin Walker a local leader at the time of the John Burch Society. What have been the political consequences in Texas as a result of a special election to replace Senator Lyndon B. Johnson after he was elevated tot he Office of the Presidency.

For those with a keen interests in the JFK assassination, a one-hour addition can be added to this tour that includes drive-by's of Oswald's room at the boarding house, the spot where Oswald shot and killed Officer Tippit and the Texas Theatre.
