Itinerary

Take a 2-hour walking tour through an iconic Old Dubai neighbourhood with lots of historical stories, vibrant street art and delicious food. This tour gives you a chance to sample some must-try foods of the city during your short stay or layover in Dubai.

The tour begins with a taste of a Levantine sweet cheese pie at a pastry shop that's been around since the early 90s. We then unwrap shawarmas at a Lebanese cafeteria that began its life as a humble corner juice shop in 1979, before becoming a household name for Dubai residents over the decades. We'll enjoy our shawarmas while admiring the mural art depicted in Dubai's outdoor "street museum."

Our third stop is one of the city's most beloved and oldest Pakistani taxi-driver eateries. Polish off finger-licking chicken with gravy and rice (with your hands if you can!), all washed down with a milky cup of chai. We finish our tour at a family-run Arabic confectionery and coffee shop where you get decadent "camel eyes" and digestive shots of Arabic coffee.
