The Smash Room Dubai

Smash Room Dubai is the brainchild of Hiba Balfaqih and her friend, Ibrahim Abudyak. They set up the Smash Room with the purpose of being an outlet to vent frustration by smashing things - it was that simple. Set up in the back of an old tyre shop in Al Quoz, the Smash Room has four rooms to choose from. Depending on how much frustration you'd like to expend, you can choose the number of items you can smash to bits. All the items that are smashed have been collected from junkyards (you can make donations to this as well). Once you've chosen the room of your choice, grab a weapon and begin smashing - it's as simple as that. Everything in the room is expendable, and you can destroy all the items to your heart's content.

Bring yo Box! is where you can bring your own items and wreak destruction on them.

The Quickie provides 10 glass items that you can smash with the weapons of your choice.

Smash and Dash gives you 15 glass items and 1 electronic item to pulverize in the room of your choice.

The Big Bang offers 20 glass items and 2 electronic items to smash up.

Upping the ante from smashing items solo, Two to Tango has 2 people in a room, 30 glass items, and 2 electronic items, whereas The 3Sum has 3 people in a room, 45 glass items, and 3 electronic items. Here's where you can get a couple of friends to join you in releasing your collective frustration!
