We’ve had a dedicated experimental brewery at St James’s Gate in Dublin since 1904. The pilot brewery’s taproom is now open for your discovery. Here the Guinness brewer’s licence is simple – anything they dream up they brew up. Our beer specialists are the heart and soul of the brewery, welcoming and guiding you through new and innovative beers.
