Chianti Half Day Wine Tasting Tour

You will travel by minivan or GT coach through the beautiful Italian countryside. A tour leader will accompany you and ensure that you have a seamless Chianti experience. You will make your way to a wine estate, where you will be taken on a guided tour of the cellars. You will be walked through the entire process of wine production, all the way from harvesting the grapes to bottling the end product. You can then savor a tasting of several flavors of specialty wines, enjoying some sliced cured meats, salami, and bruschetta along with the drink to tingle your taste buds.

Next up is a visit to the enormous Monteriggioni Fortress, located on top of a hill. Several shops specializing in various Tuscan products can be seen inside the fort, along with cafes where you can just enjoy some local coffee or gelato. You will then be taken to another local winery, where you can taste some of the finest olive oil in the world, and more varieties of wine. The tour will conclude, and you will be dropped back to the meeting point in the same minivan or GT coach.
