Craft-Your-Own: Hands-on Pasta Making in Florence with Market Tour

We start the day at 9.30am with a food market visit followed by a leisurely walk through the old town, back to the cooking school, where we will make pasta , ravioli and various sauces.

When the cooking is done, we will enjoy our meal which will include an aperitif and tasting the dishes we prepared accompanied with wine, and we will end the day at around 3pm.

In this hands-on class, we will be make traditional pasta and ravioli from scratch, and also the classic sauces.

Our well-equipped cooking space is located in the old part of Florence known for its charm and beauty. We are a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti with its vast Boboli gardens and very close to Porta Romana.
