Meet your tour leader in Florence at Campo di Marte train station and jump on a train to La Spezia. During the trip, the tour leader will give us all information about history and curiosities of any of the 5 villages.Arrived at La Spezia we will take the local train to Monterosso, where, on our free time, we will have the opportunity to see the double face of this fishing village (the old and the new city) and where we can relax on the beach before taking the train to Vernazza. Here we will appreciate this truly spectacular town, from this perspective we will admire a little cliff side town with its hooked harbour, its church steeple and red roofs, and the sparkling waters of the sea in the background. There you’ll take the ferry to Corniglia, located in the middle of the Cinque Terre, 100 meters above sea level. Arrive by boat to Manarola, built on a high rock, 70 metres above sea level, one of the most charming and romantic of the Cinque Terre villages. The tiny harbour features a boat ramp, picturesque colourful houses facing the sea, a tiny piazza with seafood restaurants and cafés. Then you’ll take the train towards the last stop, Riomaggiore, the most southern village of the Cinque Terre. At the end of the tour, let’s board again the high-speed train back to Florence.
