About this activity
This course is perfect for those of you who wish to learn the basis of Italian traditional handmade Pasta while having fun and learning interesting things and anecdotes. Participants will learn directly from the Chef, the techniques used in handling fresh pasta, including using the polling pin and machine. You will prepare fresh egg pasta along with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course ends with a beautiful lunch with the dishes made, in our wine cellar.

• Homemade Pasta - You might prepare: Fresh pasta like Tagliatelle, Fresh egg pasta like Tortelli di patate

• Pasta sauce - You might prepare: tomato, Olive oil, garlic and peperoncino or Mushrooms sauce

• Dessert - Panna cotta
