About this activity
This 3 hour private walking tour starts from S. Lorenzo church with your well informed local guide. Admire the famous Sagrestia Nuova, projected and decorated by the master Michelangelo Buonarroti, and the Sagrestia Vecchia, built by Filippo Brunelleschi, one of the most important Renaissance architects of Florence.

Next you will reach the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore, center of Christianity in Florence, famous for its Dome by Brunelleschi. Together with the Baptistery and the Belltower of Giotto is part of UNESCO world heritage.

Walk through characteristic alleys before arriving in S. Trinita Square and visit the nearby church. Here you will gaze upon the beautiful frescoes of Sassetti Chapel, the massive work of a great personality of the Renaissance art, Domenico Ghirlandaio.

Look at Ponte Vecchio, the most famous bridge of Florence, and take a moment to enjoy the view, away from the crowds that visit the bridge and its numerous, little handcrafts shops.
