There are as many types of 129 different shapes of pasta and endless variations. Noodles, ravioli, potato gnocchi or vegetables, spaghetti on guitar or lasagna, risotto, and so much more! White flour, chestnuts, whole or semolina, buckwheat or oats! Lavorarai from scratch and by hand or with tools. Arrotolerari with a rolling pin or with modern machines to make sheets so thin that you can see your hand against the light.

But the most important thing you can prepare: sauces! Even true and authentic Bolognese (not to believe those who make ready in an hour!), Wild boar sauce or Sicilian caponata. You can prepare vegetarian or with meat (with a choice from beef to pork, chicken, quail or veal). You can experiment with your hands! Do not miss out on this course to become a chef master of pasta.

Come into the kitchen, put on your apron and start working the chef will be all for you, your family or your friends! When you have finished preparing, sit at the table together and taste the fruits of your labor accompanied by wine.

All ingredients are local, fresh and organic to the season. The chef will explain a lot about Italian food, the habits, the false myths that revolve around the Italian kitchen.
