About this activity
Introduction to the modern Italian aperitivo and its origins. It includes an Italian aperitivo experience with food and drink. The aperitivo experience is held at Ganzo on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. A supplement of 5 Euros per person for the aperitivo will apply.
The aperitivo experience will include 1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and food buffet.
What is Aperitivo food? In most cases, be easy to eat with one's hands and in one or two bites. Use skewers to stack roasted vegetables or grilled seafood. Supply toothpicks and small plates for grazers and small bowls for olive pits, shrimp shells and the like.
 
What is Aperitivo drink? Soda, prosecco / sparkling white wine and usually Campari or Aperol make this aperitivo drink unique. Wine is always an acceptable aperitivo drink, and sometimes much cheaper than a cocktail.
Ganzo is the creative learning lab of Apicius and is a student-run school restaurant open to the public.
