Naufragados Trail (Trekking Tour)

This trekking tour will take us along the Naufragados Trail. We will start in Caieira da Barra do Sul, visit a lighthouse and come back to the starting point (walking or by boat - additional cost). You will encounter lush Atlantic forest, historical monuments, and a rich history marked by cannon fire and ship wrecks. DIFFICULTY: duration of 8 hours, including an 8 km walk. TOPICS COVERED: Fauna and flora, geology, ecosystems, natural and historical heritage. During the trail we can catch sight of the fortress of the island of Aracatuba. Passengers have the option to come back with a fishing boat that will approach the fortification.
