About this activity
This popular full day small group shore excursion offers stunning views and great memories to take back to your cruise. We set off on our air conditioned minibus, on the way you will drive through Madeira's fascinating countryside to the village of Serra de Agua offering its beautiful beaches, the UNESCO forest and Porto Moniz.

As the guide takes you through the cobbled streets you will pass the forest, here we enjoy a twenty minute walk through the water channels whilst taking in the stunning scenery. Don't forget to bring your swim suit/towel because as we can journey down to the Porto Moniz you can take a dip in the warm sea of Madeira on the sandy volcanic beach or of course one of the highlights jump in one of the lava pools. This is opportunity for those not wanting to swim at this point. After we then drive along the northwest coast which offers stunning views of high mountains and waterfalls.

This is a popular tour that books out early, due to offering smaller groups and better pricing than the cruise line tours. A fish, meat or a vegetarian meal, dessert, coffee, one beverage, and bottled water is included in the price. We also guarantee to get you back to the ship on time and look forward to showing you all Madeira has to offer.
