- Difficulty : Vertical of 1000 to 1400m daily. Journey of 6 to 9 hours at a medium rythm of 300m per hour. You are a good « all round » skier. Some of the itinearies requires carrying skis on the back pack. Maximum angle 40° eventually using rope to secure progression
- Skiing Level: Experienced deep snow skiers, able to cope with all conditions.
- Good condition physics: enough endurance required
- Must be in good condition physics
- Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level
